CYBET TERMS OF SERVICE

1. DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

· “User”, “you”, “your” refers to any natural person or legal entity accessing, registering, or otherwise using the Service.

· “Service” means the Cybet platform in its entirety, including but not limited to all websites, applications, software, games, betting systems, APIs, content, and related functionalities.

· “Account” means the registered user profile created for access to the Service.

· “Funds” means any cryptocurrency deposits, balances, winnings, bonuses, promotional credits, or any other value held or recorded in a User Account.

· “Applicable Law” means all laws, regulations, directives, regulatory guidance, and licensing conditions applicable to the User or the Company in any relevant jurisdiction.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing, registering, or using the Service in any manner, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

· You are solely responsible for any tax, reporting, or financial obligations arising from your use of the Service;

· The Company does not provide any legal, tax, investment, or financial advice;

· Participation in the Service is entirely at your own risk and discretion.

4. RESTRICTED JURISDICTIONS

The Company strictly prohibits access to the Service from certain jurisdictions, including but not limited to:

Austria, France, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, United Kingdom, United States, Union of Comoros, FATF-blacklisted jurisdictions, and any jurisdiction prohibited under the regulatory framework applicable to the Company.

The Company reserves the sole and absolute discretion to:

· Determine eligibility of any jurisdiction;

· Modify, update, or expand the list of Restricted Jurisdictions at any time;

· Immediately suspend or terminate access without prior notice where jurisdictional breach is suspected.

5. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY

To access the Service, you must successfully complete registration and maintain an Account.

You agree that:

· All information provided during registration shall be accurate, complete, and continuously updated;

· You are solely responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials;

· Any activity conducted through your Account shall be deemed authorized by you, whether or not actually performed by you;

The Company reserves the right to:

· Suspend or terminate Accounts;

· Merge or close duplicate Accounts;

· Confiscate or restrict Funds linked to abusive or duplicate activity.

6. KYC AND AML COMPLIANCE

The Company operates a risk-based compliance framework and reserves the right to conduct verification procedures at any time.

You agree to provide, upon request:

· Government-issued identification documents

· Proof of residence

· Source of funds or wealth documentation

· Any additional information reasonably required for compliance

Failure to comply may result in:

· Immediate suspension of Account functionality

· Restriction or freezing of withdrawals

· Permanent closure of Account

The Company further reserves the right to:

· Conduct ongoing monitoring of transactions

· Report suspicious activity to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities

· Freeze, restrict, or confiscate Funds where required by law or internal risk assessment

7. CRYPTOCURRENCY TRANSACTIONS AND RISK DISCLOSURE

7.1 Nature of Cryptocurrency Risks

You expressly acknowledge that:

· Cryptocurrency assets are highly volatile, speculative, and subject to extreme price fluctuations;

· Blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed;

· The Company has no control over blockchain protocols or network operations;

· Delays, congestion, or failures may occur without notice.

You assume full responsibility for all risks associated with cryptocurrency usage.

7.2 Deposits

You are solely responsible for ensuring accuracy of all deposit details, including wallet addresses and network selection.

The Company shall not be liable for:

· Incorrect transfers or user error;

· Unsupported network transactions;

· Third-party wallet or exchange failures;

· Blockchain confirmation delays.

Deposits are considered final upon sufficient blockchain confirmation.

7.3 Withdrawals

All withdrawal requests are subject to:

· Internal compliance verification

· Fraud detection screening

· Risk assessment procedures

The Company reserves the right to:

· Delay, suspend, or refuse withdrawals

· Request additional KYC documentation prior to processing

· Investigate transactional activity prior to approval

8. FAIR USE AND PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You agree not to engage in any conduct that the Company, in its sole discretion, deems to be abusive, fraudulent, manipulative, or contrary to the integrity of the Service.

· Suspend or permanently terminate Accounts

· Confiscate associated Funds

9. BONUS AND PROMOTION ABUSE

The Company strictly prohibits abuse of promotional systems.

Abusive conduct includes:

· Creation of multiple Accounts to claim bonuses

· Arbitrage betting strategies designed to extract guaranteed profit

· Abuse of wagering requirements

· Any manipulation of promotional mechanics

The Company may, at its sole discretion:

· Cancel bonuses

· Void winnings derived from bonuses

· Restrict promotional eligibility

· Suspend or terminate Accounts

10. FUND SEIZURE, FREEZING AND CONFISCATION

The Company reserves the absolute right to take enforcement action against any Funds, including but not limited to:

· Temporary freezing or suspension of Funds

· Partial or full forfeiture of Funds

· Permanent confiscation of Funds

Such action may be taken where the Company reasonably determines, including but not limited to:

· Breach of these Terms;

· Fraud, abuse, or manipulation;

· Suspicious, irregular, or high-risk activity;

· Association with illicit or unauthorized sources;

· Regulatory or legal compliance obligations.

You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

· Such determinations may be made in the Company’s sole discretion;

· The Company is under no obligation to disclose internal risk methodologies;

· Confiscated Funds may not be recoverable;

· The Company’s decision shall be final, subject only to mandatory Applicable Law.

11. HOUSE DECISION (FINAL DETERMINATION CLAUSE)

You expressly agree that the Company shall have sole, absolute, and exclusive discretion to determine all matters relating to the Service, including but not limited to:

· Game outcomes and results;

· Resolution of technical errors or disputes;

· Interpretation of rules and gameplay mechanics;

· Bonus eligibility and promotional disputes;

· Identification of fraudulent, abusive, or irregular activity.

All such determinations shall be:

· Final

· Binding

· Conclusive

· Non-reviewable internally

except where otherwise required by Applicable Law.

12. GAMBLING RISK AND RESPONSIBLE USE

You acknowledge and accept that:

· Gambling is inherently risky and may result in total loss of Funds;

· No outcome is guaranteed or predictable;

· The Service is provided strictly for entertainment purposes.

You agree to exercise personal responsibility and financial discretion at all times.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property rights in the Service are owned or licensed by the Company.

You may not:

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

17. FORCE MAJEURE

The Company shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including cyberattacks, natural disasters, or regulatory actions.

18. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

The Company may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

19. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Company’s licensing jurisdiction.

20. DISPUTE RESOLUTION (ARBITRATION)

Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration.

You agree that:

· You waive any right to court proceedings or jury trials;

· Disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis only;

· Arbitration shall be conducted in English under procedures determined by the Company.

The arbitral decision shall be final and binding.
